Having attended Tina's Yoga & Art retreat in Portugal last week, there's so much I'd like to say and yet I wouldn't quite know where to begin and where to end... Coming from someone who loves to share their thoughts & put their heart on paper, I wholeheartedly believe one must have experienced and felt the energy themselves throughout the retreat to even begin understanding what it was like - simply words wouldn't be enough.

It's been the most heartfelt and eye opening experience, beyond any of my imaginations. I feel such gratitude towards Tina, for having created the space and allowing me to have been part of this unique experience. And when just thinking of how it's found me, I know I was meant to be there at this exact moment in time. To have crossed paths with such beautiful individuals, who just like me needed to be reminded of the light we all have within us. That which is always available to us. And that which we always can come back to, day after day.

I must say, going into this experience, I wasn't where I wanted to be mentally. I wasn't sure whether I could let myself be fully immersed into something quite like this. Somehow and without a doubt, Tina just made it so easy for me to just be. Right there, as things were. And although it was everything but easy, it's been the most liberating feeling to say the least.

This experience has truly been the example that even if one thought to have hit rock bottom, there always is, and always will be something magical around the corner. That's what this time has been for me. And I like to believe that those who wholeheartedly believe in that magic, will always find it again. They'll always find a way back to themselves. And so did I.
