While mindfulness practices like yoga and meditation have been around for thousands of years, businesses are only now starting to embrace the benefits these practices can have on their employees and workplaces.

I offer two ways of facilitating meditation classes

1. Introduction to meditation classes

Recommended duration: 45min (weekly or monthly)

We start a session with an introduction and body scan meditation and close with an extended guided meditation of 15-25 minutes, depending on the class length.

2. Mindfulness meditation workshops

Recommended duration: 60min (weekly or monthly)

Mindfulness meditation workshops explain the history of mindfulness, and the research behind it and teaches the participants how to practice mindfulness on their own.

Sessions open up with a mini-meditation of 5 minutes, a short educational presentation on mindfulness and how to practice it and close with an extended meditation of 10-20 minutes, depending on the class length.

About the classes

  1. Classes are offered in person or virtually through Zoom or pre recorded.

  2. Companies choose the time that best fits their employees’ schedules (morning/lunch time/after work).

  3. Choose between yoga, meditation and mindfulness workshops.

What you will need

  1. A quiet, comfortable space large enough to use (boardroom or spare office)

  2. Your own yoga mat and comfortable clothing

Investing in workplace wellness is a powerful employer branding tool. Who wouldn’t want to work for a company that cares about the well-being and professional success of its employees?
